Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (includes a 24-hour window for cancellation/change requests).

2. Shipping Methods and Costs - Domestic (Australia)

We ship with AusPost. We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: $9.95.

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

Express Shipping: $15.00.

Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs - International

We currently ship internationally to the United States only. If you are located in another country and are interested in our products, please contact us for a shipping quote.

International Shipping $20.00.

Delivery typically takes 15+ business days.

4. Delivery Locations

We ship to all states and territories within Australia, including remote areas. Please note that delivery to certain remote or regional locations may take longer than the estimated timeframes.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your order’s progress.

6. Failed Deliveries and Address Issues

Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. MyaBOD is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date at HelloMyaBod@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
